Carlos A. Perez-Santalla is an authorized licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute®. He began his career as a commodity broker almost 25 years ago with Lehman Brothers. He started on a desk whose focus was to service the institutional customers in their execution of all New York based commodity futures. He quickly became a manager and was responsible for all New York commodity exchange floor personnel. Selling and marketing the various services to both middle market and large clients inside and outside of the corporation became his resposibilities. These markets included what was a new energy trading complex. His career then took him away from the corporate structure to start his own brokerage firm. His firm became the largest gold and silver broker on the New York Mercantile Exchange with clients ranging from individuals to the largest banks in the world . In his time at the NYMEX he spent 10 years working along with the exchanges' training department in developing curriculum for the new members training programs.
Carlos became certified in the Sandler Sales methodology in 2007, and founded Hudson River Consultants, LLC. His mission is supporting business owners and sales people in creating extraordinary results in their businesses through training and coaching.
Sandler Training has also helped our new hires become productive far more rapidly than what is considered the industry norm. Sandler's emphasis on questions skills and setting string up-front contracts has helped our entire sales team be more focused, resulting in increased productivity. Most importantly, the Sandler System has made the salespeople better advisors to Essilor's clients, the opticians and optometrists, on whom we rely to sell our products to their customers.
